A lived-in home cannot be broken down to the sum of its parts. It draws the eye and invites the sharing of stories, its style resonating with its visitors long after they have left.

In order to best serve my clients, a one hour consultation is necessary in order to get to know you and your space. During our time together I cover an extensive questionnaire, take photos, and offer some initial thoughts/tips on the project. Next I independently create a personalized proposal based on the project for your review and consideration.

No. When I am working on a project, I am constantly scheming and sourcing, making time logging impossible. Upon an initial consultation, I prepare an individualized proposal based on your project’s scale, scope, and sequence. Absolutely! I love taking what was once a utilitarian, overlooked commercial space and making it beautiful without compromising form or function. To date I have turned a historic home building into a High School campus, designed a primary care physician office, and worked on a full office renovation for an engineering firm.
